The Strikes of Junior Doctors
Junior doctors' salaries have gone down by 26% in the last 15 years. They had no choice but to strike, says former health secretary Stephen Barkley. Doctors are asking for a 26% increase in pay - which is basically the same thing. The government negotiators point out that the average patient is now 26%.
