How to Build an Ecosystem for Tech Open Source
GitHub is trying to build an ecosystem of folks who can find tech open source and find this sort of backdoor that I had in my career. Not everyone has access to meetups and talking to folks, but most people know how to get to the GitHub repo once you've created a get up account. It's a good tool for finding projects that you can collab on and finding projects that have open issues. Learning in public seems to be a big theme to kind of recap.
