I'm really attracted towards the idea of providing affordable housing to people. For me, it's like, I want to serve the clients. So that's really my inspiration in the real estate investing space. And now I guess I've evolved into a little bit of like an analyst in the Canadian housing market. That spills over a lot into our podcast, the very data driven podcast.
