The Self Defense Right of the Victim
Self-defence is the right of a victim to defend themselves against an attacker. But in libertarian law, it's not always clear what happens if someone kills you and then dies without being punished for their actions. In some cases this could lead to retribution by those who have been wronged - but that doesn't mean they should be tried as though they were guilty until proven guilty.
