Chita females have an interesting reproductive health. They can only become pregnant in a captive environment between the ages of four years to two years up to four and a half years. This is the time period where it's easy to breed females, also in captivity,. In zoos and in the wild, they anyway breed as soon as they can. So there's a time window and this is not related to stress level. Even females that are quite stressed maybe in zoological gardens, as long as they are bred in this time window, there is no problem.
