Is a Lottery a Good Idea?
LZ Granderson: Lotteries make a lot of sense, especially when you think about the economic argument. He says that in his personal life he has had to enter intolottery to decide if he could play ultimate frisby or not. Other examples include national parks and school choice systems where lottery is used for limited numbers of people being granted permits. LZ: There are much more important questions where lotteries are also being used such as affordable housing.
