And that's when people decided for better or worse to provide some support. Today Afghanistan is the worst country in the world to be a woman. It's absolute rock bottom. So what now? What is our responsibility? Did we meet any of the promises that we made? Does the rhetoric match any of the reality and the resources on the ground?"
