Trump's Speech and Debate Clause

A federal judge has ordered former vice president Mike Pence to comply with a subpoena in the investigation into former president Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election results according to a source. The ruling was issued Monday, but remains under seal because involves grand jury matters. This ruling requires Pence to testify before the grand jury tied to the probe led by special counsel Jack Smith. He will be out when they start jury selection, but you'll be back by the time I think the trial starts provided it only takes a week or so for that selection to happen. But we'll see. I think it is going to go to trial.
