Do You Have Relationship OCD?
If you have OCD and you're not nervous, do not worry. Do not think something is amiss because probably it's not. Stay in the relationship for a specific amount of time so that you can learn how to manage your rumination. So often it's actually the rumination that is blocking you from being able to appreciate and enjoy the relationship for what it is. And I just wanted to kind of share this with you because, you know, relationship OCD is an incredibly hard thing to to deal with.
