The barrier to learn is so low with the tools available. There's a very competitive move here to move organizations off of on-prem and into cloud. The vast majority of people don't have those skill sets that we are, where it's really important to be at the transferable level. So you either come in as an amazing DAX modeler or Power BI expert who can do all these things well.
