You Need a Budget - You Need to Budge Its Rules

i know thereare a lot of wine abbers out there that operate with this rule ing place where you live on last month's income. And i originally set it up that way for a fe reasons. A first reason, and maybe i should be ashamed to admit this, but i didn't think it through very much. So when i first launched you need a budget, back in september of two thousand four, there weren't any rules. It was mine and my wife's own budgeting system we were doing on this rinketing spread sheet. And i came up with the rules, as i struggled to explain to people why the system orked so well.
