Do You Want to Do Metaphysics Through Pure Reason?

Kant thinks hume proved unequivocally that doing metaphysics through empirical data, whether synthetic or otherwise, is not possible. He felt like many of the other people did not understand the significance of what he pproved. And so mark, you had mentioned the enterprise ob doing metaphysics as this exercise in doing synthetic a priori reasoning and not getting to experience. Now, hat do you guys think about this?
