trust is essential because at every level, yo, i mean, at some level, depends on trust. I don't think everybody can be trusted in organizations, but i think most people can. And by defaulting to autonomy, you are also defaulting to trust. It's one of those things that's so deeply imbeddednd in how we behave and how we see the world, that i feel like it's worth kind of excavating and showing off.
