I like hills and then flats afterwards, because i yo get the glots and everything activei then run fast with it. You know, brit stuff i love using a lot of vari in gearing, in different gears. O, using low gearing, medium high. And tey know, maybe swimming's the worst, but that people get stuck into a certain, you know, t overate. An, knowan nothing in swimming, as we miss it the most, because we like o, it's technique. When you get tired, it all looks like trap.
