When we're geting emotionally triggered, we lose the ability sometimes to learn something. We think the problem is out there, where usually the problem is within us. It's about re framing in those situations so you can use these as opportunities alone. Once you have sort of understood what's going on, once you've named it, then it's like well, you know, it really depends on the situation n what you're going to do. But i Think you end up with this piece of compassion, compassion for the other person and compassion for yourself.
