Marc delivers energy, passion and competitive drive while focusing on the details and developing processes that produce results. Marc is the president of On the Ball Ventures President of On the Ball Ventures which he started with his Dad in 2020. In his career he was the youngest coordinator in division 1 football, has worked at five D1 schools in the last 10 years, and has coached over 50 NFL Football players.
