The VSM's theory is that all actually viable systems kind of match this pattern if you squint at them. Sometimes you'll find a vestigial tail or a gap, right? Like a like a classic one is like founder syndrome for like startups where the founder is involved in just fucking everything and they wouldn't have survived without him.
