Do You Have a Kettlebell Training Program That Works for You?

Mike: I like the fact that a 52 year old man is training six days a week just remember if you're gonna have three workouts we kind of go after it with a traditional lift. Have those other three workouts be kind of tonic and ratchet things down on the loaded carries every workout. On your hard days maybe you can do farmer walks or pushing the sled we call them prowlers but I guess not everyone understands I'm talking about. Andrew says he has more than enough plates 45 pound kettlebell and 25 pound kettlebell. He's also willing to buy a couple of bags of grass seed or manure from my local Home Depot what do you think I should do for a loaded carries
