i practise something called the hotshat rule, which is forcing myself to see it through the eyes of someone who would be de one. And then i take action on that in 24 hours, and then i tell my team. There is a version of that exercise that, if some one's not in a good head space, can feel daunting,. Oh my gosh. Add it to the list of things i don't do well.
