One to two kilograms of weight gain will be a different percentage of their max hang and the weights they're using on the fingerboard. So I would usually do it without a loading phase for most climbers. But maybe especially if your fingerboarding load is slightly, you know, is not that much above body weight then that might definitely be something you want to consider. Okay, so are there any changes in nutritional needs in the high hormone phase? What about supplements, things like BCAA's, Omega-3 and Vitamin D?
