Most of the time when we think about fish processing, it's probably stone tools and a lot of times brownstone tools. The bones have the ability to provide not only nutrition, but also pleasure in eating them. I got a buddy who's an amazing chef in Iceland and he is serving parts of fish that almost any fisherman would never consider this being food. We do have to think beyond typical modern way of processing.
