Risk appetite is willing to take on a risk, and when it's risk off, they want the risk off there off their portfolios. A lot of these mutual fund a managers, they are performance that paid for by some sort of bench mark. And so what happenpens is that if the mutual fund managers are bench marking to these well known industies, then their portfolio allocations mimic the weights that are in these inducees.
