Dave Sheffield: Try a lot of things. Don't be surprised if the first idea that you have doesn't work. I always come at it from a product perspective. If we launch 10 products, six are going to be a dud, two are going tobe base hits and one's going to be an home run. That just means you get to have a lot of at bats if we're going to do a baseball analogy. It's funny. A lot of journeys end up like yours where you can come back getting on bases than enough.
