How to Get the Right Terms on a Loan?
We put in an offer based on what we thought was a fair price actually sort of undershot and we got it first go. I don't think this would have happened for many people. So mine was 20,000 of my own money and the rest was a bank loan. But it's not mean $70,000 or $80,000 is unattainable. If you can get the right terms on a loan, use the bank's money.
