Officer Foster arrested George Raskit of 3-101 Asetin Street when he was in the act of beating his wife. The charge against him on the blotter is drunken disorderly. I'm surprised to hear somebody got arrested for hitting a woman. Are we sure that he didn't violate something else? Did he forget to blow the whistle? Yeah.
