Are There Other Grapes That Are Working Well in the Uco Valley?
I think we have to do more Malbec, but talking or expressing through the places. Chardonnay in the high altitude areas works very well because we can make very mountain white wines. Cabernet Franc is a grape that is working very, very well. And then there are two grapes that for me are part of our history - Torentes and Bonarda. But I'm not thinking that we have to look for something that comes next to Malvega. We need to concentrate in places.
