How to Be a Better Listener

I've been listening to you for about 10 years. In my opinion, over you has really gone downhill and here's why. What I've been hearing from you is a lot of talk, talk in the talk, but not walk in the walk. And so this this seems to keep happening. Put them on hold. Oh man. Well, I can appreciate that guy's response of like, yeah, I do. Yeah. Because I'm just trying to be a dick.
