Language Changes Are Not Organical

This is not the way language changes when lots of people begin to use new words. This is handed down from above by small groups of so-called experts who supposedly represent communities. We don't know how they make decisions. And for that reason I think it's sort of alienating to a lot of people who find that a word they've used all their lives and have heard all their lives is suddenly banned.
