How Do You Get Them Working Together?

i b m was a train wreck of decentralization. We had data centers all over the world, we had everybody who wanted an advertising agency hired ar local ad agency. So i got the company focused externally on winning again and not frozen and thinking about internal things. Then we had to go and change every single process in the company. And i'm telling you, that was a five year challenge.
