Doctor Neil recalls a socker coach who made his team do bear crawls. Bear crawls involve holding the plank position and then trying to walk so you're on your hands and toes. All these muscles are working at the same time, it's exhausting. He would make us bear crawl 100 yards, then turn around and come back. And i hated him for it, at least until my team made it to the final round of the play offs that year.
