How to Deal With Mental Health Struggles
I had a really long phase of my life where I was struggling badly with sleeping in. Just because you're down the whole first half it doesn't mean you can't come back in the second half or vice versa. No matter what as long as you're playing your best and you're doing the best that you can like you need to be proud of yourself for playing in that game. Going through things makes you stronger but eventually you do come out on the other side, which is how this episode went too.
