There is a great consistency in the styles of pottery, metal goods and so called stamped seals. The remarkable uniformity suggests a united system, but there doesn't seem to be a clear capital with a power centre. So it's really unclear how this world worked. But we do know that it became a major civilization of the bronze age, trading extensively with egypt mia, canaan and even greece. It ran about 900 miles up along the indis valley, and also far down the coast of india into what's now gudrat and maharastra. And the total population might have been about four or five million people.
