How to Negotiate a Contract With an Owner
Every owner has a different goal. Some just want it booked sometimes when they're not there. Others want to make as much money as they can. If I knew that they were really trying to make a lot of money, I would straight up tell them, hey, any chance you want to come the weekend before these are what we're projected to make for Christmas. But at the end of the day, it's making sure that the clients are happy and that you're solving their problems.
