The Disappointment of Dental Consultants

A lot of people are have disappointments when they've worked with a consultant or maybe even a coach. And I wonder if many dentists go into these relationships with a consultant and almost expect that the coach is going to be jumping in and swinging the racket or swinging the club. Does that make sense? It makes complete sense. Number one, we just want someone to come in and fix it for sure.
