The Sub Minimum Wage for Tipped Workers

And i i do just want to pause and say, you cannot see the wage structure in this industry as anything other than a devaluation of women's work and black life. I think the part that we really worked to point out, even pre pendemic, was that we do, as the restaurant industry, have the highest rates of sexual harassment of any industry.
