Sniffs and Staffing in the Pandemic
Hospitals and health systems are saying, look, I just need to focus on myself right now. Skilled nursing facilities are very much struggling with staffing in particular. Sniffs find themselves at the bottom of the hiring chain because they're not able to provide the same kind of pay or bonuses that other employers might be able to offer.
