This is an exercise that many people are doing with me as part of this 11 day challenge. To day we're going to examine the ten most common areas of importance for most people's lives. Then on wed Wednesday, what i'm going to do is help you figure out what your push goal should be reminder. Your push goal is how you make your goals happen. But a push goal is not a big goal or an important goal, not necessarily but it's an action goal.
