You have to communicate your challenges clearly and you got to find people that are passionate about solving those challenges. I would say that you got to make honesty and vulnerability your fucking superpower when you're recruiting people. When you're actually honest and vulnerable with people it's human nature they're actually going to be more gravitated towards you than when you're trying to put up this wall of like look at me I'm perfect.
