Obama Wearing the Same Suit All the Time
When you're making food decisions all day, you're wearing down your willpower. You can do that by creating rules around your most difficult trigger foods. For example, I had the rule that I will never have chocolate on a Saturday. That was the first rule that worked reasonably well and eliminated the need to make chocolate decisions all week long. And so Obama wearing the same suit all the time left his willpower free for more important decisions. He eventually wanted to become part of your character because character trumps willpower.
