Introduction
Kirsty Gallagher is a sports presenter and broadcaster who I've known for almost 28 years. She started out as a junior at Sky Sports when I was presenting there and then took my job when I left to go to ITV. At 47 years young the junior I first met is all grown up with two teenage boys, one of whom is my godson. Her midpoint life experiences will resonate with many I'm sure. We eventually got on to the art of dating after divorce and actually the art ofdating in later life because our expert is Annabelle Knight,. The relationship expert came on with some sage advice as always.
