When you put it into the context of predictive processing and as meditation, as a deconstructive process, you can start to see how it'd be very challenging. And similarly, that can really destabilize people. I think you called it like adding entropy into the system, or it can be good in the sense of producing novel insights because someone could get out of their ruminative depressive state. So all these tools, it seems like they can be good and they can also be harmful if they're not used carefully.
