The way em jo has started to approach incident. Em instant investigation in her trust. In every organization, of every team that i've worked in if a sue a serious, unreported,. a serious, untoward incident, is reported everybody is encouraged to go away and write a very legally worded letter. That inevitably ends up being very defensive. Instead of everybody defending themselves, it's, let's all actually get to the bottom of what happened. Have you seen any examples of this, or any evidence of where that's that sort of em, that's what the reproach has really worked?
