How can we help others to feel a sense of belonging? The frame that i'm using right now is designed for belonging. So what i try to do is offer a framework around feeling, seeing and shaping belong. That's looking at what kinds of moments are you creating where people are feeling like they're able to show up and be themselves. I love the seeing, the feeling and the shape excellent.
