What's the Difference Between a Bus and a School?

Ed ray has been the bus driver in chouchilla, California for 26 years. He knows everyone in town as well as he knows these country roads that make up his daily routeso. When he sees this white van a blocking the intersection, he doesn't think twice about pulling right up and opening the bus door to see which of his neighbors might need help.
