An internal recruiter is there to serve in the tactical perspective of just filling in rolls and making sure days open for a roll decreases. When you have the right kind of recruiter, or someone in talent acquisition, they are also supporting the strategy of having a great recruiting process over all. Sometimes external recruiters may also have like, more specialized talent pools that they can from.
