Affiliate Deals

Devin Stone: My contention with affiliate deals isn't having them. It's replacing sponsors with an affiliate deal or treating an affiliate deal as if it's a sponsor because an affiliate deal is maybe money. An affiliate deal is if this works out, you the creator are going to take on the risk. And if it works, you'll get money, potentially infinite upside. But if it doesn't work, then you're screwed and the sponsor takes zero risk ... I would love to be in that arrangement.
