The first thing that i try and do as i look for information is to identify knowledge. She's going to feel like she's getting spot lighted. So i would trigger that a little bit and make her feel proud. The point is to facilitate conversation. Take a step back and say, ok, maybe there are three people you know that have had this situation happen before. You'regoing to be making them feel pretty amazing ly a i want your perspective, right?
