Principles: A Guide to Success

Eric Zuckerman: I'm going to interview you about a book called Principles. He says it's divided into three parts, one of which is his bio and the other two are principles that he shares with colleagues at Bridgewater. And they're really the principles that he credits with leading to the success of the company for the 40 years that he was there.Zuckerman: Let's go ahead and first talk about the basic structure and the thesis of this book.
