The European Union admits that the new Cold War is a conflict between competing economic systems. The Western so-called democracies are some of the least popular governments in the world with approval ratings around 20% or 30%. So hearing those comments directly from the mouth of the top EU foreign policy official, I think is very important. And I didn't see this reported on any other media outlet. It's not just winning the wars by sending tanks and missiles and troops. It is a big battle. Who is going to win the spirits and the souls of the people?
