Preparing a Three Legged Stool
The sermon is a three legged stool, the top of the stool is the subject. The other two legs are the three points that kind of hold up that subject. You can almost think about it like the subject is in a dark room and you can't see it. Then i'll read the scripture, then i'll explain the scripture, and then i will summarize it with a point. And so it's image, subject, need, preview, text, summary, conclusion. Tell them and then tell them what you told them. It really was a huge time saver for me to just follow the blanket every week. So i'm not re-inventing any new things this
